Your Role

You will work directly with the Founder across branding, business growth, client experience and strategic initiatives.

No two weeks will look the same.

One day you may be meeting a luxury client.

The next day preparing an investor presentation.

Then reviewing a marketing campaign.

Or helping hire the next key team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on strategic business initiatives.

• Build and strengthen our brands across every customer touchpoint.

• Meet clients, understand their vision and conduct presentations.

• Develop brand communication across social media, website, presentations and marketing campaigns.

• Identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Coordinate with creative, production and marketing teams.





• Create presentations, proposals and business documents.

• Help build internal systems and improve business processes.

• Take ownership beyond your defined responsibilities whenever required.

• Represent the company with professionalism, confidence and empathy.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Thinks like a builder rather than an employee.

• Communicates exceptionally well.

• Understands branding, storytelling and human psychology.

• Learns quickly and adapts even faster.

• Takes ownership without waiting for instructions.

• Enjoys solving problems independently.

• Is comfortable working directly with founders.

• Wants to build something meaningful over the next 7–10 years.

Preferred Experience

• 4–10 years of professional experience.

• Experience in Branding, Marketing, Business Development, Founder's Office, Luxury, Hospitality, Weddings, Consulting or Client Experience.

• Startup experience will be an advantage.

• Canva

• ChatGPT & AI Tools
