Responsibilities

- Support client implementations and configure the platform.

- Build and test integrations with CRM, payment, and authentication systems.

- Develop conversational flows, prompts, and JavaScript-based logic.

- Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and solution notes.

- Participate in code reviews and deployment activities.

- Track implementation progress, bugs, and technical learnings.

Requirements

- software engineering, technical delivery, or implementation experience.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Java.

- Strong REST API and integration experience.

- Familiarity with Git and Postman.

- Valuable problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Comfortable working with changing requirements and clients.
