Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Forex Mentor to join our Bengaluru team.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Forex trading, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping students develop their trading knowledge, discipline, and risk-management skills.

You will be responsible for conducting one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, live trading practice, workshops, and educational sessions for traders at different experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one and group Forex mentoring sessions.
- Teach trading strategies, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and risk management.
- Conduct live trading practice sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Analyze market trends and explain market movements clearly to students.
- Guide students in developing structured and disciplined trading approaches.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and training materials.
- Simplify complex trading concepts for beginners and intermediate-level traders.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated with current Forex and financial market developments.

Requirements




- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as an active Forex trader and trainer/mentor.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of technical and fundamental market analysis.
- Good understanding of Forex trading strategies and risk management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex trading concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Fluent in Kannada/Hindi and at least one additional Indian language.
- English proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High patience, emotional intelligence, and a student-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a skilled, on-site environment.

Preferred Skills – Added Advantage
- Hands-on experience with MT4 / MT5 or similar trading platforms.
- Certification in financial markets, trading, or financial education.
- Experience creating educational trading content.
- Social media/content creation experience.
- Experience conducting webinars or workshops.
