The Food Storekeeper will be responsible of managing the store daily operation, stock tracking, stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full management of food stores (dry, chilled, and frozen storage areas).
- Implementation and control of FIFO and FEFO stock rotation systems.
- Proper receiving, checking, and storage of all food items.
- Verification of quantity, quality, packaging condition, temperature, and expiry dates during receiving.
- Maintaining receiving records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Proper labeling and identification of all stored items.
- Monitoring expiry dates and preventing food wastage.
- Control of chilled and frozen items including meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, and frozen products.
- Daily temperature monitoring and record keeping for cold rooms and freezers.




- Maintaining proper segregation of raw materials according to food safety requirements.
- Ensuring proper storage practices and hygiene standards inside cold storage areas.
- Issuing materials according to approved requisitions and daily production requirements.
- Ensuring availability of critical items before meal production.
- Preparing slow-moving, excess, damaged, and expired item reports.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in food storekeeping and daily food store operation.
- Level 2 food safety certification.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of High school diploma.
