We are looking for an experienced Mivan / Aluminium Formwork Supervisor with solid hands-on expertise in aluminium formwork execution for high-rise residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Formwork Execution

- Supervise and direct the installation of Mivan aluminium formwork panels for shear walls, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases.
- Ensure formwork is erected as per approved drawings, dimensions, and construction sequence.
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and site teams to achieve planned floor cycles.

Quality Control

- Inspect panel alignment, plumb, level, dimensions, and positioning.
- Ensure proper pin-and-wedge locking and tight joints to prevent concrete leakage, honeycombing, or bulging.
- Identify and rectify formwork defects before concrete pouring.

Cycle Time Management

- Ensure timely completion of formwork activities to achieve fast construction cycles, such as 4-day or 7-day floor cycles.
- Monitor daily productivity and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate dismantling, shifting, cleaning, and reinstallation of panels.

Safety & Maintenance

- Ensure workers follow required PPE and site safety procedures.




- Monitor proper application of formwork release oil.
- Ensure aluminium panels are properly cleaned, maintained, repaired, and stored after use.
- Report damaged or defective panels and coordinate necessary repairs.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–15 years of civil construction experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Mivan / aluminium formwork.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium formwork systems and high-rise construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand structural and formwork drawings.
- Good understanding of concrete pouring, stripping, shifting, and formwork cycle planning.
- Strong leadership, manpower management, and site coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight project schedules and maintain quality and safety standards.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in high-rise residential towers, mass housing, or large-scale RCC projects using Mivan/aluminium formwork will be preferred.
