Guest Service Associate – F&B; Service Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.

- Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment before the operation.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.

- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and proper service procedures.

- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests when required.

- Ensure guests receive their orders correctly and on time.

- Check regularly on guests’ needs and satisfaction during the meal.

- Transparent and reset tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.

- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements politely and efficiently.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other departments for smooth service.

- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

- Assist with buffet setup, banquets, events, room service, and other F&B; operations when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
