Role Description This is a full-time, in office Flutter Developer role based in Srinagar.

The Flutter

Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into responsive interfaces, integrating RESTful APIs and back-end services, optimizing app performance, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. The role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers, participating in sprint planning, and contributing to technical documentation.

The Flutter





Developer will also troubleshoot issues, implement new features, and stay updated with the latest mobile development best practices and Flutter ecosystem updates.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Software Development and Programming, preferably in Dart and at least one additional language (such as Java, Kotlin, or Swift).
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and best practices for building modular, maintainable, and testable code.
- Exposure to Back-End Web Development, RESTful APIs, and JSON for integrating mobile apps with server-side services.
- Practical experience building and deploying Flutter applications, including state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) and responsive UI development.
- Familiarity with mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture) and version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance across different devices and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, on-site team environment.
- Experience with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store is an advantage.
