About the Role

We're looking for a Flutter Developer (0-2 years of experience) to join our core engineering team and work directly on the JMS ERP project. You'll be building real, production-facing screens and modules for jewellery shops across India this is a great opportunity to grow fast by working on a real product used by live clients, not toy projects or tutorials.

This is a hands-on learning role in a small, fast-moving team. You'll get close mentorship and architecture guidance rather than being left to figure things out alone.

Knowledge of backend technologies is a strong plus Go (Golang) exposure is especially preferred, since our backend stack is Go/Echo. Even basic familiarity or a willingness to learn it on the job is valued.

What You'll Work On

- Building and maintaining screens/modules for the JMS ERP (inventory, ledger accounts, orders, billing, and more)
- Implementing UI using our BLoC + repository pattern architecture
- Working within a design system that enforces theming (light/dark mode, custom fonts/colors) across every screen
- Building full keyboard-operable interfaces (Tally-style, no-mouse-required navigation) this is a core, non-negotiable part of every screen
- Integrating with a Go/Echo backend via REST APIs
- Working on data-heavy UI components: custom data tables, filters, column configuration, grouped/aggregated views
- Contributing to a Flutter desktop app (Windows-first, with mobile targets on the same codebase)
- Collaborating closely with the founder/lead developer on architecture decisions





Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience with Flutter — freshers with solid personal/academic projects are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of Flutter basics: widgets, navigation, forms, and some exposure to state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or setState-level understanding with willingness to learn BLoC)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and consuming them in an app
- Willingness to learn and follow an established architecture (BLoC + repository pattern) — prior mastery not required, just the aptitude to pick it up
- Attention to detail and eagerness to write clean, maintainable code
- Good communication and comfort working closely with a small team

Nice to Have (Major Plus)
- Any backend development exposure — Go (Golang) especially preferred, even at a beginner level
- Familiarity with Echo or any Go web framework
- Basic exposure to SQL Server or any relational database
- Any experience with or interest in building desktop applications in Flutter
- College/personal projects involving ERP, inventory, billing, or similar data-heavy apps
