About The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet our clients' needs.

Your expertise in Flutter and Dart will be instrumental in creating seamless, efficient, and user-friendly mobile experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing cutting-edge mobile applications that drive business growth and user engagement.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer. A solid understanding of Dart programming language and advanced knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod,



Bloc/Cubit, and widget-based architecture are essential.

Candidates should also have a strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Exposure to backend development using technologies like Node.js, .NET, or Java is preferred. Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures, is required.

Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and effective teamwork capabilities are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across devices.
- Implement and manage state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, and Bloc/Cubit to create scalable and maintainable codebases.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional mobile applications.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party SDKs to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.




- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user manuals for applications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team to optimize workflows and productivity.
