Role Overview

BTL India is looking for a highly motivated firmware developer with strong design and development skills to contribute to medical device software development.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand product specifications and software requirements
- Design software modules ensuring quality, performance, and scalability
- Develop firmware and implement new modules
- Debug and resolve critical issues
- Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Estimate development efforts and support planning

- Follow quality management processes Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics or related field
- ~5 years experience in embedded firmware development

Technical Skills

- Microcontroller-based firmware development

- Robust C / C++ programming (with or without OS)




- Unit testing and automated testing frameworks
- Embedded systems fundamentals (MCUs, peripherals, RTOS, protocols)
- System-level understanding of hardware-software interaction

- Experience with Agile and CI/CD tools
