Role & responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute fire alarm system projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.

- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and work schedules at site.

- Ensure proper installation of fire alarm panels, detectors, MCPs, hooters, modules, and related devices.

- Conduct testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems as per applicable standards.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, inspection reports, testing reports, and handover documents.

- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures,



quality standards, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of required materials and equipment.

- Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management and clients.

- Coordinate with the electrical and civil teams for integration of fire alarm system with other building services.

- Ensure proper cable laying, termination, labeling, and loop testing of fire alarm systems.

- Attend client complaints, breakdowns, and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Assist in preparing quotations, material estimates, work schedules, and technical proposals for current projects.
