Role Description The Financial Controller at Radha TMT will oversee all key finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial statements, supervising the month-end and year-end close processes, monitoring budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. The role will also involve strengthening internal controls, coordinating audits, optimizing cash flow,



and partnering with leadership on cost management and capital investments.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust expertise in Accounting and Finance, including solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with ERP and financial software, MS Excel, and other business intelligence tools used for financial analysis and reporting.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field are highly preferred.
- Relevant experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, steel, or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities, with a focus on integrity, attention to detail, and process improvement.
