Role Description The Financial Analyst – TEV (Techno-Economic Viability) will work full time on-site at the Leverest Financial Services office in Kolkata. This role involves conducting detailed financial and economic viability assessments of projects and businesses, including analysis of historical and projected financial statements, cash flows, and capital structures. The analyst will prepare TEV reports, financial models, and risk assessments to support debt syndication, project finance, and acquisition funding proposals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering data from clients and market sources, performing ratio and sensitivity analysis, assisting in credit appraisals,



and supporting senior team members in deal structuring and presentations. The role also requires clear documentation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and adherence to regulatory and institutional guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills for evaluating business and project viability.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, ratio analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to interpret and present accurate financial information.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in building and reviewing financial models, including cash flow projections and TEV assessments.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CIMA) are an advantage.
- Strong Excel and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
- Prior experience in structured finance, project finance, credit analysis, or TEV studies within financial services or consulting is preferred.
