Role- Manager Finance and Accounts

Location- Navi Mumbai

Shift- General

5 days -Work from office

Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve intercompany chargebacks related to payroll and non-payroll transactions.
- Oversee accounting and reconciliation of travel-related expenses and petty cash transactions.
- Manage and review monthly intercompany reconciliations across multiple group entities.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection and settlement of balances.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and aged outstanding items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across locations to confirm balances and support account closure activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
- Support finance operations and undertake related responsibilities as required.

Skills & Experience




- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, intercompany accounting, accounts receivable, treasury accounting, or collections.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.
- Experience handling invoicing, collections, and multi-currency transactions.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL and AR modules preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to drive account reconciliations and collections independently.
