Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyse financial, MIS, and management reports.

- Support P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.

- Assist with month-end and periodic financial closing.

- Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

- Analyse revenue, expenses, costs, and financial variances.

- Support Budget vs Actuals analysis and financial reporting.

- Prepare financial schedules and management insights.

- Ensure accurate and complete accounting records.

- Improve and automate finance processes using Excel, ERP, and AI tools.

- Support senior finance teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.

- Hands-on experience with P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

- Knowledge of AR, AP, month-end closing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

- Ability to understand transaction flows through the ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.

- Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

- Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
