Division: Finance & Accounts | Post: Finance Head (Banking & Treasury)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Head (Banking & Treasury) to join our team!

Education Qualification & Certifications Required

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant
- Degree of MBA Finance and SAP skills will be added advantage.

Functional Skills

Banking & Financial Institution Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other lenders.
- Manage working capital limits, term loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other banking facilities.
- Ensure timely renewal, enhancement, and restructuring of banking facilities, wherever required.
- Drive negotiations for fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities and Negotiate competitive interest rates, banking charges, terms, and covenants.
- Execute Mortage / Hypothication documents and ensure seamless Security Perfections.

Fund Raising & Debt Management

- Initiate the planning and execution of short-term and long-term funding requirements.




- Evaluate various financing options and recommend the most cost-effective funding structure.
- Manage debt portfolios, repayment schedules, interest obligations, and lender compliance.
- Support capital expenditure and expansion projects through appropriate financing arrangements.
- Prepare presentations and financial information required by lenders and financial institutions.

Financial Risk Management

- Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and funding plans.
- Work closely with business and finance teams to assess future funding requirements.
- Provide management with timely analysis of liquidity, borrowings, interest costs, and financial risks.
- Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning from a treasury perspective.

MIS, Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and present treasury and banking MIS for senior management.
- Monitor key treasury KPIs, borrowing costs, fund utilization, and working capital performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and banking agreements.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and other stakeholders on treasury-related matters.

The Finance Manger (Banking & Treasury) will be responsible for leading the organizations banking relationships, treasury operations, liquidity management, fund raising, cash flow planning, and financial risk management. The role requires a highly experienced finance professional with strong expertise in working capital management, banking negotiations, debt management, and strategic treasury planning. The position will report to the CFO and work closely with senior management, business heads, banks, financial institutions, and internal finance teams to ensure adequate funding, optimal utilization of financial resources, and effective management of financial risks.
