We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the end-to-end finance function and drive business finance, financial planning, profitability, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Finance & Accounting operations and financial reporting

Drive P&L; management, budgeting & forecasting

Manage cash flow, working capital & cost optimization

Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI & statutory compliance

Lead audits and internal financial controls

Prepare MIS, dashboards & business financial insights

Partner with leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Candidate Profile

CA preferred; CMA/MBA Finance/M.Com with relevant experience may be considered

7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS or high-growth businesses is preferred

Strong knowledge of FP&A;, P&L;, taxation, MIS, ERP and Advanced Excel

Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
