- Financial planning & budgeting: Building annual budgets, forecasts, and longrange financial plans aligned with company goals.
- Financial reporting: Producing regular reports on budgets, accounts payable/receivable, expenses, P&L;, and balance sheet activities.
- Analysis & decision support: Interpreting financial data, analyzing market/industry trends, and advising management on business decisions and risk.
- Compliance & controls: Ensuring all financial operations comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements; strengthening internal controls and processes.
- Team & stakeholder management: Overseeing the finance team, coordinating with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
