Role Overview:

- Lead FP&A;, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial planning
- Drive monthly/quarterly MIS, P&L; analysis, variance analysis and financial reporting
- Oversee accounting controls, GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, audits and statutory compliance




- Manage working capital, cash flow, DSO/DPO, collections and vendor payment terms
- Drive inventory valuation, reconciliation, ageing, shrinkage and financial governance
- Develop business dashboards, unit economics, cost and margin analysis
- Partner with CFO/CEO and business leaders on financial planning and strategic decisions
- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement and financial controls
- Support finance transformation, ERP/process improvements and business initiatives
