Financial Systems & Accounting Expert

We’re looking for experienced Accounting / Finance professionals to contribute their domain expertise to an AI training and evaluation project.

What will you actually do?

You’ll use your accounting knowledge to review AI-generated financial work and determine whether it reflects correct, real-world accounting practices.

Your work will include

- Evaluating AI-generated accounting treatments, calculations and journal entries
- Reviewing financial statements, reconciliations and month-end close workpapers
- Identifying accounting errors or misstatements and providing the correct treatment with reasoning
- Assessing accounting workflows and financial-system logic
- Applying defined guidelines when evaluating AI responses
- Creating real-world accounting scenarios and reference answers
- Providing clear feedback to help improve AI systems

Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounting / Finance experience
- Experience in financial accounting, month-end close, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting,



management/cost accounting or FP&A; with substantive accounting work
- Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations or financial statements
- Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday or comparable platforms
- Strong Excel skills
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English (B2+)

Preferred: Prior paid experience in AI training/data work such as annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation or rubric-based grading.

Important: You do not need to be an AI/ML professional. We are primarily looking for someone with strong practical accounting knowledge and financial-systems experience who can assess whether AI-generated financial work is accurate and explain why.

This is not a traditional bookkeeping or accounting operations role. Your accounting expertise will be used to evaluate AI-generated work and help improve next-generation AI systems
