Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and update Excel-based accounting and financial records.
- Handle ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Manage and track customer collections and outstanding payments.
- Prepare collection reports and follow up for pending payments.
- Perform regular reconciliation of ledgers, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment and account-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.

Key Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in Ledger Reconciliation and Collections.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial records.
- Good analytical and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
