Role Description The Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
The Finance
Associate will analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, responding to information requests from management and auditors, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Finance with experience working with Financial Statements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support business decisions.
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting standards and practices.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) are a plus.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality or services sector finance is beneficial but not mandatory.
