The company is a leading supplier of premium Norwegian salmon and trout, farmed in the pristine Arctic waters of Norway.

The portfolio includes “Salmon from Arctic Waters” as fresh and frozen fillets, as well as smoked salmon in various sizes and flavors. The smoked salmon is prepared in traditional Norwegian style, reflecting authentic Norwegian smoked seafood heritage.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Finance Account Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The Finance Account

Executive will prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensure timely compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) requirements, and support statutory filings. The position also includes overseeing account management for key customers and vendors, coordinating with the sales team on pricing, invoicing,



collections, and supporting financial analysis for business decisions. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and support smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong finance and accounting skills, including experience with Financial Statements and general ledger management.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), indirect tax compliance, and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess account management skills, including handling vendor and customer accounts, billing, and collections.
- Candidates should possess basic sales support skills, such as coordinating with sales teams on pricing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, attention to detail, and strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work accurately under deadlines in an on-site environment.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food, or import/export sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
