Job Summary

Shubraj Tech Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering and technical services company providing skilled manpower, engineering, maintenance, and technical support services across various industries. The company provides skilled technical resources for industrial projects, including the petrochemical, oil & gas, infrastructure, and other process industries.

We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to manage and supervise field operations. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage site teams and coordinate field activities.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of site work, maintaining quality and safety standards, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day field/site activities.
- Lead and coordinate technicians, operators, contractors, and field staff.
- Monitor mechanical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and inspection activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and procedures.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Identify technical problems at the site and coordinate with the engineering team for solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of work.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, and other departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools,



equipment, and materials.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site safety procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and instrumentation-related issues.
- Report site progress, technical issues, delays, and requirements to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant field/site supervision experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or instrumentation systems.
- Practical knowledge of installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel and work at project/field locations as required.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, engineering projects, plant maintenance, mechanical installation, instrumentation, commissioning, or project execution will be preferred.
