We’re Hiring | Field Sales Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | In-Office

KabadCart is building a tech-enabled recycling ecosystem that connects households, businesses, and collection partners to make scrap collection and recycling more organized, accessible, and rewarding.

We’re looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur.

What You'll Do

- Identify and onboard new collection partners / scrap dealers in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collection partners.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training, activation, and regular follow-ups.
- Drive partner acquisition and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Support day-to-day field operations and resolve partner-related issues.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain regular updates on partner activity, leads, conversions, and performance.
- Explore new opportunities to expand KabadCart's presence across Jaipur.




- Represent KabadCart professionally while interacting with partners and customers.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in field sales, business development, partner acquisition, or operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Willingness to travel locally when required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup setting.
