We are looking for a agile and result-oriented On-Field Sales Executive to join our growing team

Position: On-Field Sales Executive

Location: Amravati

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales preferred

Qualification: MBA/Graduate / Diploma / equivalent

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, distributors, EPC companies, contractors and potential customers
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Promote and sell our electrical/solar products
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback




- Regularly report field visits and sales activities

Requirements ✅ Good communication and negotiation skills

✅ Confident and comfortable with field travel

✅ Sales-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets

✅ Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp

✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

✅ Experience in electrical, solar, industrial or B2B sales will be an advantage
