Position: Saree Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Saree Sales Executive to join our premium saree emporium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, understanding individual customer preferences, providing expert product recommendations, and driving sales performance.

The role requires a strong understanding of sarees, fabrics, weaves, designs, colours, regional specialties, and occasion-based styling, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

- Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion to provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting sarees for weddings, festivals, corporate events, parties, gifting, and other occasions.
- Present and explain product features, including fabric, weave, craftsmanship, design, colour, borders, and blouse options.
- Demonstrate different draping, styling, and pairing options where appropriate.
- Drive sales through consultative selling and effective product presentation.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned individual and store sales targets.
- Develop strong customer relationships to generate repeat purchases and referrals.

Product Knowledge

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's saree collections, including silk, handloom, Banarasi, Kanchipuram, designer, cotton, festive, bridal, and contemporary collections.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, seasonal collections, trends, promotions, and special product lines.
- Communicate product value, quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness effectively to customers.

Showroom Operations





- Ensure merchandise is handled, folded, displayed, and stored according to showroom standards.
- Maintain an organized, attractive, and premium presentation of the sales area.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, tailoring, alterations, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Support stock checks, merchandise movement, and product replenishment when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales-related information as per company procedures.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow up with customers regarding selected products, new arrivals, special collections, and repeat purchases, as permitted by company policy.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized service.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of sarees, textiles, fabrics, weaves, and ethnic fashion.
- Robust product presentation and convincing ability.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Graduate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
