- Conduct daily field visits across urban and rural markets to drive product visibility and sales

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to successful closure

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients

- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Execute and support on-ground promotional and marketing activities

- Identify recent business opportunities, expand territory, and track market trends

- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights

- Ensure timely order collection, payments follow-ups, and stock availability

- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, MIS, and activity tracking

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Food Industry preferred

- Candidates with field sales experience from other industries are welcome to apply

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Good understanding of local market dynamics and territory handling

- Target-driven with a proactive and result-oriented approach

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licenses is mandatory
