Job Overview

We are looking for Field Marketing Executives to promote and coordinate Scholarship Examinations in schools across Thrissur and nearby areas.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting schools, meeting school authorities, introducing our scholarship examination programs, coordinating examination-related activities, and generating student leads.

For the first 3 months, the role will primarily involve field work. Based on performance, candidates will have the opportunity to move into an office-based Business Development Executive / Admission Counsellor position.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools across Thrissur and nearby locations.
- Meet school management, principals, teachers, and coordinators.
- Introduce and promote Scholarship Examination Programs.
- Coordinate with schools for conducting scholarship examinations.
- Generate student registrations and enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct student awareness and promotional activities.
- Collect and maintain school/student lead information.
- Follow up with schools and prospective students.
- Submit daily field visit and activity reports.




- Achieve monthly school outreach and student registration targets.

After 3 Months – Business Development Executive / Admission Counsellor Based on performance, the candidate may transition to an office-based role involving:
- Handling student and parent enquiries.
- Counselling students about courses, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Following up with scholarship examination leads.
- Converting student enquiries into admissions.
- Calling and communicating with prospective students and parents.
- Maintaining CRM/lead records.
- Achieving monthly admission and business targets.

Eligibility
- 2026 & 2027 degree pass-out candidates only.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Any recognized degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with school authorities and students.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are compulsory.
- Good communication in Malayalam and English.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
