Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Liaison Officer who will be responsible for visiting warehouses, logistics companies, factories, industrial units, and corporate organizations to identify their security manpower requirements and generate new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit warehouses, logistics centers, factories, industrial units, and companies to identify potential clients.
- Meet withHR Managers, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Security Heads, Purchase Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Understand the client's requirement for Security Guards, Warehouse Security Guards, Supervisors, and other manpower services.
- Collect complete information regarding the required number of guards, duty shifts, working hours, location, and other client requirements.
- Generate new leads through regular field visits and direct client meetings.




- Explain the company's security manpower services and highlight the perks of trained and reliable security personnel.
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare and submit quotations/proposals to prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, meetings, negotiations, and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new warehouses, logistics parks, factories, and commercial establishments requiring security services.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Maintain daily records of client visits, meetings, leads, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily/weekly field visit and lead-generation reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the operations team for client requirements and deployment of security personnel.
- Achieve assigned targets for client visits, lead generation, meetings, and new business acquisition.
