Outlook Educational Services is hiring an energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our overseas education and visa-consulting services. The candidate will conduct field visits, generate prospective student leads, develop local partnerships and represent the company at promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, educational institutions and local businesses to promote our services.
- Generate qualified leads for student and visit visa services.
- Build relationships with students, colleges, agents and referral partners.
- Organise and participate in seminars, promotional campaigns and educational events.
- Distribute marketing materials in selected locations.
- Follow up with prospective students and encourage them to attend counselling sessions.
- Conduct local market research and identify new promotional opportunities.
- Maintain daily field-visit and lead-generation reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to support conversions.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous field marketing or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting and speaking with new people.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital communication.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
- Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi and English will be an advantage.
