Job Role & Responsibilities:

- As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations.

- Your key responsibilities will include:

- On-Site Support

- Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly.

- Installation & Repairs

- Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines.

- Emergency Support

- Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and efficient solutions.

- Customer Interaction

- Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions.

- Technical Coordination

- Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues.

- Important Requirement: A two-wheeler and driving Licence is mandatory for this role.
