Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of collectors to achieve daily/weekly targets for debt recovery from delinquent customers.

- Conduct regular visits to customer premises to recover outstanding amounts and resolve issues related to loan collections.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving collection efficiency, reducing delinquencies, and increasing recoveries.

- Analyze data reports on bucket flow, NPAs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in business loan, debt collection, or loan recovery operations.

- Solid knowledge of bucket flow management, debt recovery techniques, and laws governing lending activities.

- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in managing teams responsible for delinquency management.
