We are looking for a motivated and detail - oriented Site Engineer (Property valuation) to join our team. The role involves visiting properties, conducting property evaluations based on fixed technical guidelines, and submitting detailed assessment reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits for clients requiring property valuation
- Evaluate land and building as per standard guidelines
- Verify measurements, construction quality, stage of work, property value, etc
- Prepare and submit accurate technical evaluation reports
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Eligibility : Civil Diploma / ITI (Civil) Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience Willingness to travel for site inspections,
Basic knowledge of construction practices and reporting Salary: Salary will be fixed after the interview based on qualification, skills, and experience.
