Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Indore.

The Fashion

Designer will research trends, develop design concepts, and create sketches and technical drawings for new collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting fabrics and trims, coordinating embroidery and surface embellishments, overseeing fittings, and ensuring garments meet quality and style standards. The role involves close collaboration with production teams, merchandisers, and other designers to refine samples, manage timelines, and maintain brand consistency.

The Fashion

Designer will also support lookbook creation, style documentation,



and ongoing improvements to existing designs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Textiles and fabric behavior, including drape, durability, and care requirements.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Embroidery and decorative techniques for enhancing garment aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Fitting and garment construction, with the ability to adjust patterns for comfort and silhouette.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools) and basic technical drawing skills is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment are required.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field, along with prior experience in apparel or lifestyle brands, is preferred.
