Role Description This is a full-time Fashion Designer role, with on-site work at True Rippers HQ and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Fashion

Designer will create apparel and accessories that reflect the organization’s brand, including team jerseys, fan merchandise, event wear, and lifestyle collections for esports audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, sketching and rendering garments, selecting textiles and trims, and working on embroidery and branding elements for clothing. The role also involves coordinating fittings, refining samples based on feedback from players and staff, and collaborating with vendors and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The Fashion





Designer will stay updated on fashion and streetwear trends, especially within gaming and pop culture, and contribute to visual storytelling across social media, events, and collaborations.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion, with the ability to translate brand identity into cohesive apparel collections.
- Experience working with Textiles, including fabric selection, material behavior, and suitability for performance and lifestyle wear.
- Proficiency in Embroidery and garment Fitting to ensure high-quality finishes and comfortable, functional clothing for esports athletes and fans.
- Relevant skills in sketching, pattern development, and use of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in esports, gaming, streetwear, and youth culture; experience designing for sports or performance apparel is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and iterate on design ideas based on constructive feedback.
