? FARM MANAGER — JALSA FARMS

Jalsa Farms is a luxury private estate in Chhatarpur, Delhi, hosting weddings, intimate celebrations, staycations, photoshoots and private events.

We’re looking for a smart, proactive and well-spoken Farm Manager who can manage client communication + property operations + on-ground coordination.

✨ What You’ll Do

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

Handle the first conversation with potential clients

Respond to Instagram DMs, WhatsApp enquiries and calls

Understand client requirements and explain the property, packages and offerings

Schedule and coordinate property visits

Follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into bookings

Maintain client details, enquiries and follow-ups

CONTRACTS & BOOKINGS

Prepare and share booking quotations and contracts

Coordinate advance payments and booking documentation

Ensure all client requirements are properly recorded and communicated to the team

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and upkeep of the property

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors and staff

Ensure the property is event-ready and guest-ready

Conduct property checks before and after events

Coordinate with clients/vendors during events and resolve issues quickly

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

Click behind-the-scenes photos and videos of events, preparations and property moments





Capture natural BTS content for Instagram/Reels

Help create a regular flow of fresh content from the property

Identify interesting moments/opportunities for Jalsa Farms' social media

Excellent communication and people skills

Confident speaking with premium/luxury clients

Well-groomed, presentable and professional

Strong WhatsApp + Instagram communication skills

Good organisational and follow-up skills

Comfortable using Google Sheets/Docs and basic office tools

Positive eye for aesthetics and content

Someone who is proactive and can independently handle situations

Prior experience in hospitality, events, luxury properties, wedding planning or client servicing is a plus

Must be comfortable working on-site at Chhatarpur, Delhi

Position: Farm Manager – Jalsa Farms

Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi

Type: Full-time, On-site

Experience: 1–4 years preferred

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (depending on experience)

The Ideal Person

This is not just a desk job.

We need someone who can speak to a client in the morning, coordinate a property visit in the afternoon, make sure the lawn is event-ready, and capture a great BTS Reel in the evening.
