Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and coordination of critical data center infrastructure. The role will ensure high availability, reliability, safety, and compliance of critical systems through continuous monitoring, preventive maintenance, reporting, and effective vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor critical data center infrastructure including PAC 1/2/3, Fire Alarm Devices, UPS 1/2, Power Panels, WLD Devices, and other data center equipment.
- Monitor and manage the Data Center Expert / StruxureWare monitoring tool and check the live status of critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for Data Center AC, Fire Alarm Systems, UPS, Power Panels, WLD Systems, and other critical equipment.
- Coordinate and follow up on monthly, Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities with respective vendors.
- Prepare and share daily status reports of Data Center AC, Fire Alarm, UPS, Power Panel, WLD, and other critical infrastructure with SIELPN Management.
- Conduct daily checks of Corporate and Plant VC Rooms and share status reports with SIELPN Management.




- Monitor system alarms, identify abnormalities, and coordinate with relevant teams/vendors for timely resolution.
- Maintain records of equipment status, PM activities, incidents, and service-related activities.
- Ensure critical infrastructure operations are carried out in accordance with safety, operational, and compliance requirements.
- Support preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime of critical data center infrastructure.

Required Skills

- Experience in Data Center Operations / Data Center Facility Management / Critical Infrastructure Monitoring.
- Hands-on knowledge of UPS, PAC/Precision AC, Fire Alarm Systems, Power Panels, WLD (Water Leak Detection) and related data center infrastructure.
- Experience with Data Center Expert / StruxureWare or similar infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Robust vendor coordination and preventive maintenance management skills.
- Good troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a critical infrastructure environment with a strong focus on availability, safety, and reliability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
