Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and concept-oriented classes for Mechanical Engineering subjects.
- Prepare and deliver lectures based on the prescribed examination syllabus.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, exam-oriented manner.
- Prepare MCQs, practice questions, previous-year questions and mock tests.
- Discuss and solve numerical problems and previous-year examination questions.
- Provide regular doubt-clearing and academic support to students.
- Monitor students' learning progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabi and notifications.
- Assist in developing study materials, test series and revision content.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline and professional standards.
- Support the academic team in curriculum planning and examination strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Teaching or coaching experience is preferred.
- Experience in TNPSC / RRB / SSC / other competitive examinations will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge and teaching ability may also apply
