L1 Supervisor 1-2 years Chennai Full Time Any Degree Reports to: Facility Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage deployed housekeeping, cleaning, and facility support staff at assigned client sites

- Conduct daily attendance checks and maintain accurate attendance records for all deployed staff

- Ensure service quality standards are met at every assigned site through regular inspections and checklists

- Be the first point of contact for client site managers regarding day-to-day facility service queries

- Report staff performance issues, attendance irregularities, and site concerns to the Facility Operations Executive

- Ensure all deployed staff are in proper uniform and follow site-specific protocols

- Coordinate with clients on consumable requirements, material replenishment, and daily operational needs

- Conduct site inductions for newly deployed staff and ensure they understand their responsibilities

- Maintain all site-level documentation - attendance registers, inspection checklists, incident reports

- Support manpower deployment during emergencies, staff absences, and peak requirement periods





Requirements

- Any degree from a recognised university

- 1-2 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping supervision, or a related field

- Ability to manage and motivate a team of deployed workers

- Good communication skills in Tamil - English communication is an advantage

- Willingness to travel across Chennai to manage multiple client sites

- Basic computer literacy - ability to maintain records and communicate via mobile applications

- Solid sense of discipline, punctuality, and accountability

Nice to Have

- Prior experience working with a facility management company in Chennai

- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures

- Experience handling client interactions at a supervisory level
