- Experience: 3–4 Years
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and maintenance
- Manage and coordinate with technicians, vendors, contractors & site teams
- Monitor MEP services, preventive & corrective maintenance
- Handle facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain AMC, maintenance records, reports & documentation
- Coordinate site activities, projects, repair & renovation work
- Monitor housekeeping, security and other facility services
- Ensure smooth site operations and compliance with safety standards
