L2 Executive 2-3 years Chennai Full Time Any Degree Reports to: Assistant Facility Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and support the Facility Operations Supervisors assigned to your locations

- Handle manpower sourcing - identify, screen, and onboard facility staff for assigned client sites

- Coordinate with the HR team for background verification, documentation, and statutory compliance of recent joiners

- Monitor site-level attendance, performance, and service quality across all assigned locations

- Conduct regular site visits to assess service standards and address operational gaps

- Manage client relationships at the operational level - handle complaints, service requests, and escalations

- Ensure adequate manpower availability at all times - plan for leaves, absences, and seasonal requirements

- Coordinate with the procurement team for consumables, uniforms, and equipment at assigned sites

- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the Assistant Facility Operations Manager

- Support the onboarding of new client sites - site assessment, staff deployment, and initial setup





Requirements

- Any degree from a recognised university

- 2-3 years of experience in facility management operations or a related field

- Experience in manpower sourcing, recruitment, or workforce management is an advantage

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English

- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise effectively

- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace for reporting and documentation

- Valid two-wheeler licence and willingness to travel across Chennai

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in a facility management company handling multiple client accounts

- Knowledge of statutory compliance - PF, ESI, minimum wages

- Experience using field management or workforce tracking applications
