What you'll do

- Own factory acquisition in your territory: get to the owner or the production head, run the demo on the floor, close the subscription
- Take each account live — jobs posted, seats accepted, QC entry actually running on the line
- Stay the account owner after the sale. Your commission is recurring and tied to retention, so churn is your problem and your upside.
- Grow accounts: more job seats, higher tier, more AI tech-pack usage
- Work with the field officer team so every job your factory posts gets filled with verified workers

Garment trade experience — required You will be sitting across from garment factory owners and production heads. They decide in the first two minutes whether you know the business.
- Minimum 2 years selling to, or working inside, garment/apparel/textile manufacturing — B2B sales into garment units, or a production/merchandising/IE/HR/compliance role you are moving out of into sales
- You can hold a real conversation about order delivery dates, line balancing, labour shortage before a shipment, piece-rate wage sheets, contractor labour, and buyer social compliance audits (SEDEX, BSCI, SA8000 type) that demand clean wage and attendance records




- You know how NCR garment units are structured — own roll versus contractor labour, job-work units, buying house pressure, the peak-season scramble for tailors
- You are comfortable walking a production floor, not just a conference room
- Existing relationships in NCR garment units are a reliable advantage and will be discussed in the interview

What you'll earn
- Fixed ₹32,000/month
- ₹1,500 per factory converted to paid (on first payment received)
- 5% of subscription revenue from your own accounts, every month, for as long as they stay — plus 5% of their AI usage spend
- ₹5 per worker whose first verified job is at your account; ₹2 per job seat accepted at your accounts
- Realistic at 20 Professional accounts: ₹62,000–77,000/month, with the recurring share growing every month you retain

Also required
- 1–4 years in B2B field sales, with a closing record you can talk through
- Fluent Hindi and working English
- Own vehicle, and a smartphone or laptop
