Microsoft Fabric Technical Lead

- Experience : 8 to 12 Years (with a robust background in Azure Data Engineering/Data Warehousing)

- Location : Hyderabad (Full-Time)

- Core Focus : Leading a team of developers, driving technical delivery, and translating architectural designs into production-ready Fabric data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership : Guide a team of 3-9 Fabric developers, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in PySpark, SQL, and DAX.

- Solution Implementation : Build and oversee end-to-end data integration setups using Fabric Data Factory, Notebooks, and OneLake shortcuts.

- Performance Governance : Monitor Fabric capacity consumption (CU usage), optimize Spark job configurations, and ensure data security policies (RLS/OLS) are strictly implemented.

- Cross-functional Collaboration :



Act as the technical bridge between the Fabric Architect and the business stakeholders to deliver clean semantic models and high-performance DirectLake reports.

Technical Skillset

- Fabric Mastery : Complete ownership of Fabric environments (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Warehouse).

- Languages : Advanced SQL/T-SQL , Python (PySpark) , and DAX .

- Engines Performance : Deep understanding of Delta Lake optimization (V-Order), DirectLake connectivity, and VertiPaq engine analytics.

- CI/CD DevOps : Fabric git integration, Azure DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
