Roles and Responsibilities:

- Carry out welding work as per approved fabrication/welding drawings.

- Check dimensions, squareness, alignment and fit-up before welding.

- Ensure proper welding sequence to avoid distortion and dimensional variation.

- Perform MIG/TIG/arc welding as required for the job.

- Check weld quality and ensure proper weld penetration and finishing.

- Carry out grinding and weld finishing wherever required.

- Identify and report welding defects, dimensional issues and material problems to the supervisor.

- Follow the daily production plan and complete assigned jobs within the target time.

- Ensure proper handling and movement of fabricated panels, doors and components.

- Maintain housekeeping and 5S around the welding area.

- Use welding machines, tools and fixtures safely and correctly.

- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce welding defects, rework and cycle time.





Skills :

- MIG/ARC welding skills

- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment

- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings

- Basic knowledge of panel fabrication and sheet metal work

- Ability to perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting work

Preferred Attributes

- ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fitter, or related trade preferred

- 1–3 years of relevant welding/fabrication experience preferred

- Experience in electrical panel fabrication is an added advantage

- Positive physical fitness and ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
