Role & responsibilities

- Oversee all F&B; outlets (restaurants, banquets, room service) at Four Star Luxury hotel ensuring quality and service standards

- Plan menus, control food/beverage costs, and manage inventory & vendor relations

- Recruit, Supervise, train, and schedule F&B; staff

- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with hotel/food safety regulations

- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues

- Coordinate with kitchen, events, and front office teams for smooth operations

- Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and profitability of F&B; outlets

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified HM Bachelor's / 3yr Diploma or related field

- 10-15 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in a destination hotel / resort setting

- Knowledge of POS systems, FSSAI norms, HACCP, ISO22000 audit, inventory management, and cost control

- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends / holidays ans and when require.
