Job Purpose

Responsible for independently handling the company’s EXIM, DGFT, Advance Authorization, EPCG, Customs and statutory compliance activities, including licence opening, amendments, monitoring, closure and EODC.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Advance Authorization and EPCG licence opening, amendment, revalidation and closure.
- Prepare and submit online DGFT applications, documents and replies to queries/deficiency letters.
- Coordinate with DGFT, Customs/ICD, CA, CE, Accounts and internal departments.
- Handle EODC/Export Obligation Discharge and follow up until successful licence closure.
- Manage IEC amendments and other DGFT-related activities.
- Handle Customs requirements including AA registration, bonds, bond extensions, recovery notices and related correspondence.
- Coordinate for CA/CE certificates, Installation Certificates and other statutory documentation.
- Verify and follow up on e-BRC and export realization-related documentation with Accounts.
- Maintain updated records and trackers for all open, pending and closed licences, export obligations and validity periods.




- Identify and close pending/incomplete EXIM activities and escalate critical matters to Management.
- Guide and train EXIM team members and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.

Key Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of DGFT, Customs, Advance Authorization and EPCG.
- Hands-on experience in licence opening, closure, amendments and EODC.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, e-BRC and export obligation compliance.
- Experience in handling DGFT queries, deficiency letters and government follow-ups.
- Solid documentation, coordination, follow-up and MS Excel/EXIM tracker skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple licences and statutory deadlines.

Qualification & Experience Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. MBA will be an added advantage. Experience: Preferably 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience in EXIM operations, particularly DGFT, EPCG, Advance Authorization and Customs.
