Job Role: Executive Sales and Marketing

**Work Hours: 9 AM to 6:30 PM (Weekend follow-ups may be required as needed)

**Work Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday Half Day

Work Type: Full time, Hybrid (2 Days Office / 4 Days WFH)

Work Location: Adyar, Chennai

**Role Description: Executive Sales & Marketing will be responsible for lead generation through LinkedIn and digital marketing, planning and executing email marketing campaigns, using CRM tools, designing creatives using Canva and basic photo/video editing for promotions. The role will also involve responding to inbound leads, converting warm leads into hot, sales ready leads, sending followup emails and business proposals, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and securing Purchase Orders (PO).

**Responsibilities:

**MARKETING

- Lead generation through LinkedIn and digital marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Versatility in using CRM tools
- Design creatives using Canva and similar tools
- Basic photo / video editing for promotions **SALES




- Respond promptly to inbound leads
- Convert warm leads into hot, sales ready leads
- Send followup emails and business proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms with prospects
- Close deals and secure Purchase Orders (PO)

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- Minimum 1 to 4 years in B2B sales / marketing (industrial, sustainability or capital equipment preferred)
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns, email tools & CRM systems
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Strong written communication & negotiation skills
- ****Self-driven and comfortable owning both marketing and closing
