We are looking for a Telecalling Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves generating leads, converting inquiries into potential sales, and handling client communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our services and generate sales.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication.
- Provide information on products/services and clarify client queries.
- Maintain records of calls and sales using MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle client queries effectively and professionally.

Qualifications
