Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Executive to join the team at My Carpresso, Kalamassery. The Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about replenishment requirements.

- Ensure products and service areas are properly arranged and maintained.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve routine issues professionally.

- Support promotional activities and offers at the outlet.

- Maintain basic daily records and operational reports.

- Follow company policies,



safety procedures, and service standards.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager/Store Head.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduates are preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-friendly attitude and positive personality.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good teamwork and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
